The last of Anne's family, sons Michael 16y (1842) and Patrick 14y (1844) left England March 1858 and arrived in Adelaide on board the "Utopia" on 9th July 1858.
Another Hanna = Hanna SHEEDY’s obit
states that she arrived on the “David Malcolm” in 1851. The “David Malcolm” did
actually arrive in 1851 & on board were Ann 20y
(1831) servant, Biddy 18y (1833) servant & Catherine 23y (1838) servant.

Hanna SHEEDY’s obit states that she
arrived on the David Malcolm in 1851. The David Malcolm actually
arrived in 1851 & on board were Ann 20y (1831) servant, Biddy 18y
(1833) servant & Catherine 23y (1838) servant. All are from Clare.

been reading the dates wrong but I don't
usually make that many mistakes. It seems that births were recorded locally in
the Mount Barker District register after the baptism. Sometimes
many months later, it was registered in the Adelaide Registry. There is
quite often a discrepancy with the birth date, maybe due to poor recollection
of the date or depending on who was sent to deliver the information to
Adelaide.)
